24-hour water cut to several areas including Maharagama

Colombo (News 1st): The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says that a 24-hour water cut starting from 9 am today will be in effect in several areas including Maharagama. The National Water Supply and Drainage Board added that areas such as Maharagama, Boralegamuwa, Kottawa, Pannipitiya, Rukmalgama, Pelawatta, Mattegoda, Homagama, Meepe, and Padukka will be affected by this water cut. A maintenance activity being carried out on the main supply line has been cited as the reason for the water cut.
