Patali Champika reports to CCD

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Former Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka who was released on bail recently, appeared before the Colombo Crimes Division today (December 29). According to an order issued by the Colombo Magistrate's Court, the minister must appear before the CCD every last Sunday of the month. Patali Champika Ranawaka, who was remanded on a charge of hiding evidence in connection to an accident that took place in Rajagiriya on February 28th, 2016, was released on bail last week. Patali Champika Ranawaka avoided commenting to the media after the meeting.
