COLOMBO (News 1st) – According to the Police, 225 drivers under the influence of alcohol were arrested during raids conducted last night. The police stated that the raids are being carried out island-wide till the 31st.

According to a senior police official, more than 100,000 balloons have been given to police stations to inspect drivers under the influence.
