The National Water Supply and Drainage Board announced that a 16-hour water cut will be imposed from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight today in several areas of Ja-Ela. 3. State Minister of Water Supply Vasudeva Nanayakkara, speaking about the water bill yesterday (December 9) noted that they might have to increase the rates for the supply of water. 4.
