Roads in Diggala innundated : Police request the use of alternate routes

Colombo (News 1st): Due to the overflowing of the Mahaweli River, the Somawathiya road in the Diggala area has been inundated with water by approximately two feet.
As a result, vehicular movement has been completely blocked since last evening. Police request the public to use alternative routes.
