O/L candidates to relocate to the closest center in case of adverse weather conditions

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The Department of Examination noted that in the case of adverse weather during the Ordinary Level Examination, the students who are sitting for the exam will be relocated to the next nearest examination center. The O/L examination is due to commence tomorrow and continue until the 12th of this month. A total of 717, 008 students will sit for the examination. 283, 958 of them are private applicants. The Commissioner-General of Examination, Sanath B Pujitha said that if the students who are sitting for the exam are facing inconveniences, the Zonal Education Directors and the Provincial Education Directors have been informed of the steps that should be followed.
