Party leaders to meet in December to discuss General Election

Colombo (News 1st) - All registered political party leaders have been requested to attend a meeting at the National Elections Commission on the 4th of December. The meeting which is set to take place at 10am will be chaired by the Chairman of the Commission, Mahinda Deshapriya. The meeting is set to focus on matters relating to the upcoming general election. The Commission also plans on obtaining the feedback of political parties on a proposal to increase the value of the bond placed by Presidential election candidates.
