Colombo (News 1st) - The Inter-Club Rugby League set to kick off this evening with the Navy SC taking on Havelock SC while CH & FC takes on the Army SC. 8 clubs will be vying for the league crown this year with Kandy seeking to retain its championship for the 6th consecutive year. Founder of Stats-Pert and Straight Up Rugby, Boa Athu believes that Sri Lankan rugby can be developed further with a number of changes being implemented. Boa who played rugby for Royal College and CH &FC is currently a contributor to a number of publications covering Rugby Union, League and fight sports based in New Zealand. Currently, he presides as a technical advisor and coach to the Manukau Rovers rugby club in Auckland, NZ.
