Parliamentary seating allocations changed

Colombo (News 1st): The Parliament Sargeant-at-Arms Narendra Fernando said with the swearing-in of new ministers,  a change in the seating allocation has been made in Parliament. Accordingly, the seats will be allocated on seniority for the ruling party members of Parliament. Meanwhile, Narendra Fernando said the rest of the government seats will be allocated based on the number of state ministers scheduled to be sworn in on Monday. The allocation of seats for the opposition will also be based on the seniority of the MPs. Parliament is set to convene again on the 3rd of December.
