Poll cards can be obtained through post offices: Postmaster General

Colombo (News 1st): Postmaster General, Ranjith Ariyarathna says, any person who has not received his/her polling card, can obtain their relevant polling card through the post office situated in his/her area, before the 16th of November. The Postmaster General said the polling card can be obtained by presenting one's National Identity card. The Postmaster General added, over 98% of the voters have received their polling card.
