Welikada Prison rooftop protest continues

Colombo (News 1st): The protest launched by inmates at the Welikada prison, on top of a roof of the prison continued today (November 12) as well. A senior officer of the Prison Department stated that there are 4 prisoners, who have been sentenced to death, engaging in the protest. This protest was launched against the Presidential pardon granted to Jude Anthony Jayamaha, who was convicted in connection with the Royal Park murder.
