Fireworks kill a 40-year-old in Upcot

COLOMBO (News 1st)- A person who attempted to light fireworks at a musical show at the Gouravilla public grounds met his demise following injuries. According to the police, the victim was admitted to the Maskeliya Hospital and succumbed to his injuries.
The victim is a 40-year-old resident of Strathspey Estate.
