Indian govt. to release 18 SL fishermen in their custody

Colombo (News 1st): The Indian government has decided to release 18 Sri Lankan fishermen in custody. The Department of Fisheries stated that the Indian government has taken steps to release them in line with the Deepavali festival.
The Department of Fisheries also stated that it is working with the Ministry of External Affairs to bring the fishermen back to Sri Lanka.
