106 complaints in relation to Presidential Election

Colombo (News 1st): The Election Commission states that 106 complaints have been received in relation to the Presidential Election in the past 24 hours. Its Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya said in the 24-hour period ending at 4:30 pm yesterday 4 complaints of violence 98 cases of violation of law as well as 4 other complaints had been received. Also, 375 complaints have been received in relation to the Presidential Election from the 8th of this month. The Election Commission said that 9 incidents of violence, 360 violations of law and 6 other complaints were among them.
