Colombo (News 1st) – Former Captain of the Sri Lankan Cricket team, Dinesh Chandimal will join the Sri Lanka Army today (26 September) as an officer of the Sri Lanka Volunteer Force.

Furthermore, he will be representing the Cricket Team of Sri Lanka Army as an officer of the Sri Lanka Army Armed Forces. The Army Media Unit stated that four additional national players will join the Army in the next two weeks.
