University Non-Academic strike enters 10th day; Special discussion to end non-academic strike

COLOMBO (News 1st):- A special discussion is due to be held in order to solve the issues of the non-academic staff of state universities who entered the 10th day of their strike action. The meeting will be chaired by the Secretary to the President. Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, M. M. P. K. Mayadunne said that the discussions will be joined by officials of both the University Grants Commission and the Ministry of Finance.
