Train claims the life of a 29-year-old woman in Wellawatta

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A woman died as a train knocked her down in close proximity to the Wellawatta train station. According to the police, the woman was hit by an express train from Mount Lavinia to Kankesanthurai. The victim was a 29-year-old resident of Aralaganwila and her remains lie at the Kalubowila Hospital.
