Kuliyapitiya fire damages a number of shops

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A fire has engulfed a series of shops in Kuliyapitiya.
According to the police, the fire had spread across a few shops near the SLTB bus stand and the cause for the fire has not yet been ascertained.
The Police added the army and the fire brigade have already commenced operations to extinguish the fire.
