Vehicle travel in Seenigama to be restricted from tomorrow

COLOMBO (News1st):- Vehicular traffic in Seenigama along the Galle-Colombo main road will be limited from tomorrow (August 31) till the 4th of next month. The decision was taken to facilitate the annual procession of the historic Seenigama Devalaya. Thereby, traffic will be limited both tomorrow (August 31) and the day after tomorrow (September 1) from 1.10 pm to 6.00 pm along the Galle-Colombo main road. Further vehicle travel will be limited on the 02nd of September from 9.30 pm to 2.30 am the next day (3rd September). Traffic will also be limited on the 3rd of next month from 10.00 pm to 3.00 am the next day (4th September) along the Galle- Colombo main road. The police urge drivers traveling towards Seenigama to use alternative routes during this time period.
