Case against Gotabaya to be taken up daily from the 15th of October

COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Permanent High Court Trial at Bar today (August 30)  decided to take up the case filed against the former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and 06 others, over the construction of the D.A.Rajapaksa Memorial and Museum, daily from the 15th of October. The case was taken up in the presence of Justices Sampath Abeykoon, Sampath Wijeratne and Champa Janaki Rajaratne of the Colombo Permanent High Court Trial at Bar. The case was filed against Gotabaya Rajapaksa and 06 others over the alleged misappropriation of state funds amounting to Rs 33.9 million during the construction of the D. A. Rajapaksa Museum and Memorial.
