Suspect arrested with 9 kilos of cannabis

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect with 9.045 kg of cannabis was arrested in the Thalawathugoda area.
According to the police, the raid was carried out based on a tip-off received by the Organized Crime and Corruption Prevention Division.
The suspect is a resident of Uthuwankanda, Thalwathugoda. He is to be produced before the Kaduwela Magistrate today(August 25).
