COLOMBO (News 1st):- The public platform which enables the unseen and unheard citizens of our country to voice their hardships, the Gammadda Village Forum, toured the country today (August 23) as well.

Our team which traveled to several areas in the Badulla district, arrived in Biblia this morning. Area residents who were made aware of the service the Gammadda movement has rendered over the past four years lauded our efforts.

The people’s epistle has been drafted, seeking relief for eight prime issues revealed through the Gammadda door to door campaign, which was conducted with the assistance of the University of Peradeniya. Thereafter our Gammadda teams which traveled to Lunugala were afforded a warm welcome by area residents. Many people registered for the Gammadda V-force movement as well.
