UNP Parliamentary group meeting led by PM today

Colombo (News1st) - The UNP Parliamentary group meeting is due to be held today under the auspices of party leader PM Ranil Wickremesinghe. In addition to matters pertaining to Parliament, the PM's views on the UNP Presidential candidate are expected to be sought at today's meeting. (19 August) So far Gotabaya Rajapaksa has been named SLPP Presidential candidate, while Anura Kumara Dissanayake was named the National People's Power alliance's candidate
