SLMC ordered to register 82 SAITM graduates

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Supreme court ordered the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) to register 82 SAITM graduates in order to facilitate them to practice medicine. The order was delivered following the examination of a petition filed by three graduates of  SAITM. The petition was examined by a bench compromising of justices Buveneka Aluvihare, L.T.B Dehideniya and P. Padman Surasen. The supreme court ordered the SLMC to register the students within a period of three weeks.
