Cash reward for 04/21 informant

Colombo (News1st) - The police have decided to reward Rs. 500,000 to an informant who provided information on the terrorist organization involved in the 04/21 terrorist attacks. The Police headquarters announced that the acting IGP granted permission to proceed with this decision. The informant had provided two key pieces of information on the terrorist organization. Based on his information, the police were able to find explosives that were hidden in two houses at Samanthurai, located in the division of Sengal and the other in Nindavoor, on  April 26th.
