Application of revision of bail against IGP and Ex Defence Secretary at courts

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Attorney General's application for revision against the release on bail of former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujitha Jayasundara who is on compulsory leave was taken up today (July 23) before the Colombo Chief Magistrate Vikum Kaluarachchi. The respondents Pujitha Jayasundara and Hemasiri Fernando were present at the court today. The High Court ordered the application of revision to be taken up on August 1st again to verify the facts presented.
