2017 A/L qualifiers to be enrolled at Rajarata University only in 2020?

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Inter-University Student Federation revealed issues surrounding the admission of students to the Rajarata University at a press conference in Colombo yesterday(July 16). Convener of the IUSF, Maheen Bandara Dehideniya noted that 2017 A/L candidates who have qualified to enter Rajarata University are scheduled to be enrolled in 2020. He noted that this was a total waste of the 540 student's time. He noted that when they finally enter the university it would take 5-6 years to complete their 4-year degrees. He added that the government and poor administration at the university should be held accountable for the inefficiency.
