COLOMBO (News 1st): The Railway Department states that disciplinary action will be taken against the railway employees who engaged in a train strike defying the order of it being an essential service.
Railway Superintendent Dilantha Fernando stated that special attention will be given to the railway employees from today (June 29). He further said that special consideration will be given to the employees who do not report to service on time and delay train operations.
