24-hour water cut commences from 9 am today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board stated that a 24-hour water cut will be in effect from 09 am this morning in several areas. The water cur will be in effect due to essential maintenance on the pipes which fall under the Colombo District East Water Supply Project. The water supply will be interrupted for Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Kottawa, Pannipitiya, Rukmalgama, Pelwatte, Mattegoda, Homagama, Meepe and Padukka areas until 9 am tomorrow (June 27).
