Teldeniya residents demand drinking water

COLOMBO (News 1st): A group of locals in Teldeniya staged a protest seeking for a solution for their prevailing drinking water issue. The protestors urged that the locals of several Grama Niladhari divisions belonging to the Teldeniya Elecotarate division face massive difficulties due to the issue. They further requested the officials to provide them drinking water through a proper mechanism under the Kotagala water proposal scheme.
