4 trains on Northern railway line cancelled on June 20

Colombo (News 1st): Four trains on the Northern railway line will be cancelled on Thursday (June 20). The Department of Railways said this measure was taken considering the essential maintenance required on the railway line between Polgahawela and Pothuhera. The trains which will be cancelled are;

• Meena Gaya Intercity Express Train
• Talaimannar Night Mail
• Kankesanthurai Night Mail
• Trincomalee Night Mail

The department said the train from Ganewatte to Colombo will be delayed by one hour on June 21st.
