COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect was arrested with a haul of refuse tea in Buwelikada, Daulagala. The suspect was arrested while he was transporting the 2230 kg of refuse tea. The operation was carried out by the Special Task Force based on a tip received.
For further investigations, the haul of refuse tea and the suspect was handed over to the Daulagala police division.
