Cache of ammunition and a firearm discovered in Moratumulla

Colombo (News 1st): A cache of ammunition and a firearm were discovered in a drain behind a lumber mill along St. Anthony's Road in Moratumulla. The weapon and the ammunition were discovered based on a tipoff. A magazine, a revolver, 100 bullets of a revolver type weapon, 50, 9mm bullets and 4 other bullets were discovered. The owner of the weapons and the ammunition has not yet been identified. The Moratuwa police are conducting further investigations.
