COLOMBO (News 1st): The tri-partite committee appointed to investigate into the 04/21 attacks is due to hand in their report to the President on June 10th.

A member of the committee noted that seeking witnesses over the explosions ended on the 31st of last month. The report is currently being prepared through the collected evidence.

Supreme Court judge Vijith Malalgoda acts as the President of the committee while former IGP M. K. Ilangakoon and former ministerial secretary Padmasiri Jayamane act as members of the committee.

The committee had on a previous occasion handed over an interim report to the President.
