Mother of 3 stabbed to death in Polpithigama

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Jayasundara Menike, a 43-year-old woman and a mother of three was stabbed to death using a sharp tool at Madagalla, Polpithigama due to a personal dispute. It was reported the suspect had fled the scene and police investigations are underway to apprehend the suspect. The remains of the deceased are lying at the morgue of the Polpithigama District Hospital.
