Heroin smuggler sentenced to life imprisonment

Colombo (News 1st): A suspect who engaged in a heroin racket in the Welikada prison was sentenced to life in prison by Colombo High court Judge Gihan Kulatunga.
The defendant was arrested during a raid carried out by prison officials on the 11th of October, 2011.
