Woman found dead in Polgahawela; was missing for 4 days

COLOMBO (News 1st) -  A body of a woman was found in Maddalanda, Polgahawela. The remains were discovered in a well of a private land in Maddelanda, based on a tip-off received by the Poghawela police. It was reported that the victim is a mother of one and a resident of Pathalawatha. The remains are currently at the Kurunegala Teaching hospital while the postmortem is scheduled for today. Relatives of the deceased said that she had been missing for the past 4 days. The Polgahawela police have commenced investigations into the incident.
