Sigiriya archaeological site and museum open for free during Vesak

Colombo (News 1st): The Sigiriya archaeological site and museum will be open for free to local visitors for 3 days, starting today (May 18). Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Cultural Affairs stated this was arranged to mark the Vesak Festival. The artifacts found from excavations at Sigiriya and an educational exhibition are to be held parallelly.
