Medical faculty of Rajarata University to reopen

COLOMBO (News 1st): The administration of the Rajarata University states that academic activities for the final year will recommence on the 13th of May (Monday). Vice Chancellor of the university Dr B. A. Karunarathne noted that the students should report to their hostels between 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm tomorrow (May 12). Academic activities for all other years of the medical faculty will recommence on the 15th of May and the students are expected to report to their hostels on the day before (May 14)between 12.00 noon and 4.00 pm. The chancellor added that the date to recommence academic activities for all other faculties will be decided in future. Meanwhile, the vice chancellor of the Sri Jayawardenapura university noted that except for the faculties of Engineering, Management and Commerce all other faculties will recommence on the 14th of May.
