Permission to reopen universities after May 13th : UGC

COLOMBO News 1st: Vice Chancellors have been granted with the power to reopen universities. Issuing a communique the University Grants Commission states that universities can be reopened after the 13th of this month whenever the vice chancellors deem appropriate. Meanwhile, the vice chancellor of the Sri Jayawardenapura university noted that all other faculties except for the Management and Commerce faculty will be reopened on May 14th.
