Nigerians, Bangladeshi and Pakistani without visas arrested

Colombo (News 1st): Four foreign nationals who violated immigration and emigration regulations were arrested during search operations carried out in Avissawella and Grandpass. Police said, two Nigerian nationals who were residing in the country without a valid visa, were arrested in Ukwatte, Avissawella. The duo aged 26 and 31 will be produced before the Avissawella Magistrate's court today. A 25-year-old Pakistani national and 24-year-old Bangladeshi national were arrested in Grandpass for residing in the country without a valid visa. Police said the duo will be produced before the Hulftsdorp No. 04 courtroom today (April 3).
