Colombo (News 1st): The case filed against the beneficial owner of Perpetual Treasuries Limited Arjun Aloysius, its Chairman Geoffrey Aloysius and 06 others was postponed to May 29th by Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne.

Earlier, they were arrested over the case filed on the Central Bank Treasury Bond Scam.

When the case was taken up at 01:30 this afternoon, a warrant for the arrest of the seventh suspect in the case Chitra Ranjan Hulugalle was issued for failing to appear in court, and it was withdrawn at around 02:00 pm after he appeared in court.

The suspect was warned by the Chief Magistrate to appear in court on time.
