Ban on garments that obstruct identification of face

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The President has issued an order banning the use of any garment or item which obstructs the identification of a person's face. According to a release issued by the President's media division the ban comes into effect tomorrow (April 29). This step has been taken by the President under the provisions of the emergency regulations.
