Maldivian president sends condolences

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Maldivian President, Ibrahim Mohamed Solih contacted President Maithripla Sirisena to extend the fullest support against terrorism. He had added that he condemns the heinous terrorist attacks on Sunday(April 21) and they would stand by Sri Lanka. The President's media division said that the Maldivian president also extended his condolences to the families who had to suffer losses while wishing the injured quick recovery. The president in return thanked the Maldivian president and assured that with the security forces Sri Lanka will eradicate terrorism.
