COLOMBO (News 1st) - The government has informed all state institutions to fly the National flag at half mast today(April 24) following the declaration of the national day of mourning to honour the deaths of the tragic terrorist attack.
The government had also requested the public to observe 3 minutes of silence from 8.30am in honour of those who lost their lives in Easter Sunday terror attacks.
