Colombo (News 1st): A residence in Batagama North in Kandana was searched by the Police. Security forces also searched an apartment complex on Templer's Road in Mount Lavina. Following investigations surrounding last morning's (21) bombing of the Kingsbury hotel, another individual has been arrested. The suspect is a Syrian national. The police also took steps to arrest an individual following yesterday's (21) attack at an inn near the Dehiwala Zoological Gardens. Panadura House Meanwhile, a residence in Panadura was raided yesterday (21) based on information received that those connected to the explosions were hiding at the location. Initial reports revealed that the house has been taken on rent for a period of three months. News 1st reporters added that steel ball bearings and batteries used explosive devices were found at the house. The police also questioned the owner of the property. Van in Wellawatta Meanwhile, a van that is suspected to have been used by the terrorists has been found on Ramakrishna road in Wellawatta by the police. The police also took into their custody a motorbike without an owner that was found in Pepiliyana, Nugegoda. Two more suspects in connection to yesterday's bombings were also arrested at an inn at the Dambulla town.
