Electoral lists to be distributed on May 15

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Elections Commission stated that the revisions to the 2019 electoral list will commence today(April 17). A senior official in the commission noted that the initial steps are already underway. The 2019 Electoral list will be distributed to the households on May 15th. The completed electoral lists are scheduled to be collected on June 6th. The commission added that they will pay special attention to disabled voters. Therefore, the commission will carry out measures to facilitate disabled voters at their respective voting centres.
