Galu Kumrai derailed in Galle

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Operations along the Southern railway line from Colombo to Galle has come to a standstill. The situation occurred after the Galu Kumari train which was departing from the Galle station to Colombo derailed at around 7.20 am. The Railway Control Room noted that operations to restore to the tracks could take up to six hours.
