COLOMBO (News 1st) – Two officers of the Kosgama Police have been interdicted after two inmates escaped from the Kosgama Police prison cell.

A constable and a sergeant who was in charge were interdicted regarding the incident.

Two men who were arrested with heroin managed to escape from the cell on Saturday(April 06).

Police investigations are underway to arrest the escapees.
