Moonshine distillery raided in Muturajawela

Colombo (News 1st): Police arrested a suspect for the possession of illegally brewed moonshine close to the Muturajawela marshlands.
Police media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said that 22 barrels of goda and a further 3600 litres of goda were also seized.
The raid was conducted based on a tip-off received by the Western Province Crimes Unit.
